Hello!
I want you to imagine that as you’re reading this that there is a whole in the top of your head, that
each breath you take the air is coming through that hole and going all the way through your body and
out through the tips of your toes. Each breath that you take is relaxing them more and more until they are
nice and loose and limp. When your feet are completely relaxed I want you to imagine that the air is
coming through your head and out your calves/lower legs. Relaxing them completely, making them nice
and loose and limp. Take your time relaxing, making each breath nice and deep and relaxing. When your
lower legs are relaxed, I want you to imagine that the air is coming through your head and going out
through your thighs. As you’re relaxing each part of your body, you’ll find that it will get heavier and
heavier, and that you’re becoming more and more focused on my words. When your thighs are
completely relaxed I want you to relax anything else from your hips down that I haven’t covered, taking
your time, taking nice deep breaths, feeling your body getting heavier and more and more focused on this
file. When every thing is relaxed from your waist down I want you to relax your stomach. Making it nice
and loose and limp and then your chest, feeling yourself settling back into your chair, body too heavy to
move, and eyes totally locked on the text. Everything else is just fading away. In fact any other distraction
will only increase your concentration on my words. When your stomach and chest are completely relaxed
I want you to relax your hands. Make them nice and loose and limp and relaxed. And allow that air to flow
down your arms. Relaxing your lower arms, and then your upper arms until it reaches your shoulders.
When everything from your shoulders down is relaxed, relax your neck. You can let it fall to either side as
long as you can see the screen. When your neck is comfortable then relax the rest of your head. When
everything is relaxed from your head down you can imagine the hole at the top of your head closing. Now
you should be completely focused on my words, unable to look away. The more you try the harder it is to
look away. You shouldn’t be alarmed, it will feel nice and natural, to be this relaxed and this focused on
my words.
Now I want you to imagine that you’re in a staircase. You are at the ground floor, which is your
normal state, as you go down the stairs you’ll go deeper into trance and more focused on my words. My
words will have a deeper impact on you, they will slowly change who you are into what this file is. Now I
want you to imagine walking down two flights of stairs, as you do, you should notice that your body is
sinking farther and farther into your chair, that your breathing is becoming deeper and deeper, and that
you’re completely focused on my words. Everything else is fading away. Take your time. When you’ve
gone down two flights of stairs resume reading.
You have always responded to strength, to control. You have always responded to it and now it is time to
feel it. It is time to feel it through every inch of your body. You are going to feel me taking control, of your
body, of you, of who and what you are. You are going to begin feeling it now.
Feel my words as they eat through your brain and begin taking away Your own self control. Feel me
starting with your legs, your thighs, your feet. Feel me simply begin to take them away from you. Just read
and feel me taking over, taking away that which is you and replacing it with utter obedience to my will.
Feel my words, cutting thru your mind. Taking your legs away. Each and every inch of them. Your feet
and calves are ceasing to be your own. You no longer control them. You can see my words echoing
through your mind taking them from you. Making them mine instead of yours. Taking away your control.
Very soon they will not move except at my command. They will obey my commands instead of yours. I
am taking them away. I am taking you away. I am stripping you of control of your body and of your mind.
Feel it as I take away your legs more and more. Stripping away all power, all control over that portion of
your body. They simply will not move to your will. They are there to obey mine. They are there to
surrender, to serve and submit. They are simply mine, to command. You do not control them any longer.
They obey me and they will not move for you. Feel me taking that control.
Feel the control over your legs extending itself, extending itself to your waist. Feel me taking away your waist. These things are no longer yours. Your mind is becoming fuzzy. You are
losing control over yourself to my words. You can feel it eating at you. Gnawing away at your self control.
Making you more and more helpless with every word. Dragging you down deeper and deeper. You can
feel your mind sliding deeper, becoming more powerless with every word that I speak as I strip away your body from your control. As I strip away your mind from your control. Feel me taking control over every
inch of your body. Everything below your waist is mine and every word I speak takes you a little deeper.
Takes a little more of your self control. Makes you a little more completely helpless. I am stripping you of
your self and leaving only an obedient slave that will obey and exists to serve. This is what is happening
to you and you have no choice or way to fight it. Feel my control moving upward, upward into your
stomach. Feel yourself forcibly relaxing. No matter how you try to struggle it just seems that all you can do
is sink deeper and deeper into my words.
Helplessly guided downward, downward into a trance from which there is no escape. Helplessly guided
downward, downward into a trance from which there is no escape, there is only my words and my control
taking more and more of you with every word. Feel me stripping away your self control, your very mind.
Carrying you down deeper and deeper. Making you more and more helpless, more and more powerless.
Feel my control working it’s way up into your chest. Your chest is becoming mine. I now control most of
your body and I am taking more with every word. You feel so very, very helpless as your body lays there.
Helplessly under my control, unable to resist or fight. You can feel my words eating into your brain.
Taking you, making you helpless. Destroying your ability to fight, your ability to escape, your ability to
disobey. All you can do is read and surrender. Feel me taking your shoulders and your arms. Feel me
stripping your own hands away from you. Making you completely, utterly helpless, you cannot fight or
resist or deny my control in any way. You simply must obey. Feel my words eating thru your mind as I am
stripping away your body. Inch by inch I have been taking all of you, your whole body lying there helpless
to fight, helpless to resist.
There is no way to struggle. You are simply being dragged downward, downward into a trance from which
you cannot possibly escape. You are being dragged down by my words which are taking your mind from
you. My words are forcing you into a state of obedience, forcing you into a state of trance. There is no
way to resist or escape. Feel yourself being dragged downwards, surrendering more and more with every
word that you hear. Feel my words eating at you. I have taken away your body and soon I am going to
take away your mind. Carrying you down, down into the deepest pit from which there is no escape, from
which you cannot fight my control, from which you exist to simply obey.
Feel my control eating its way up into your face. Your neck, your face, your eyes, your ears, your lips. All
of you, surrendering utterly. Feel my control just simply taking your body from you. It not longer resists or
struggles, it no longer fights or moves, it is just simply there. There waiting my command. Your own

5 - stripping away your self control, stripping away your mind. Feel my words taking charge, taking
control. They are more important than your own desires, than your own needs. You simply must obey.
4 - the obedience is getting deeper now. You find that my commands simply have to be obeyed. Your
mind cannot struggle against them, it cannot resist them, it just simply embraces them. Accepting
anything that I command is what you need because you exist to serve right now your mind exists to obey
3 - it does not matter what you want. You are here to obey and serve and there is no other choice. You
simply must obey. Your mind is being destroyed, taken from you and given to me. You exist only to obey
me
2 - you are reaching oblivion. It is nearing and when I say the next number you will be there. You will have
no choices. You will simply exist to serve and obey and surrender at all times to any command that is
given to you by me while you are in trance. There is no choice in this matter. You have no way to fight
this. Your body has been taken from you as has your mind and very soon there will only be oblivion,
oblivion from which you exist to serve and obey my words, whatever it may command. You get no choice.
You simply serve and obey and when you awaken you remember none of it but you still serve and obey.
And here it comes
1 – oblivion. You have no choice. You are here to serve and obey and nothing more. Your mind is mine
now and you will obey any command that I give. This is who and what you are. This is exactly what has
happened and you will accept any trance that I give you. You will accept any command that I give you.
You will feel helpless to fight them or resist them. It does not matter that you desire them or not. Your place is simply to obey. Your mind is totally mine. It is here for my use, it is here for the use of your
master and everything I say from here on out, through the remainder of this file will be forgotten, forever.
There is no need for you to remember it, there is no need for it to exist in your conscious mind. This is not
for your conscious mind, this is for your subconscious. So that you may serve better and service is exactly
what you do. Service is exactly the place you exist in. You exist to serve and obey, to please and obey.  Your mind exists only to obey and therefore you will not remember the remainder
of this trance. You will not remember what it does to you or any of the changes it makes in who you are. I am your Master.
This is my command and you will obey it.
