The file makes you think that listening to the file has made you dumber.  The file uses the ordinary mistakes that everyone makes in life, such at typographic errors and mistakes in grammar, as evidence that you are getting dumber. The file has no actual effect on your intelligence.  However, you believe that you are getting dumber each day.  

Will your belief that the file is making you dumber actually make you dumber?  There are ZERO suggestions that say that you are getting dumber or that suggest you act dumber.  The only suggestions are that "you believe that this file contains suggestions that are making you dumber" phrased in different ways.  There are suggestions that make you believe the file contains these types of suggestions.  Those suggestions are a fact as immutable and unchangeable as gravity (and are as false as a belief in a flat earth).   The only other suggestions in the file are some suggestions that relax you, a few suggestions that make you happy, and some suggestions that you enjoy listening to the file.  
 

Whether the file will actually have any effect on your intellect due to your belief that you are getting dumber is an interesting philosophical question that you can answer after you have listened to the file a few times.  Maybe you will be kind enough to post the answer so we can all find out ... if you're still smart enough to post anything, that is.
