Ages ago when I listened to this and never left comments anywhere it was perfect. It didn\'t take many listens to have an effect on me. 2-3 tops. I did say the trigger a few times just to be certain I had been triggered. I will warn you though it is literally nappies or soiled clothing once triggered. The un-triggering worked fine for me too. This and its counterpart with the trigger removed are the best files for going pee and poop on either a temporary or permanent basis.

This file works even when you don't think it does. I was convinced it didn't I was like I still remember what the potty is I am a big boy but then I noticed I couldn't really feel my bladder properly, I also started getting compulsions to pee when standing and my bladder started squirting. No, the changes are permanent and irrevocable, you are now completely and permanently dependent on wearing diapers at all times wherever you go. There is no way to change it or go back, not now not ever. This is what you wanted now you will have to deal with it. Dear Sarnoga, Just a quick update. :) I spent most of yesterday afternoon in my audio editing program, removing your references to urinals. (They really were distracting when I'm trying to trance to your files.) I also cut out almost 8 minutes of "deadwood" that really didn't apply me. I finally listened to your step4, seven times, last night, and when I came out of the trance, I realized I'd wet my diaper while I was trancing. :) Over the last 24 hours I haven't felt any warnings before peeing. Not even once. Like it says in your step3, I'm completely diaper dependent now. And the realization of it is so thrilling. And I can't stop grinning every time i think about it. I really have "accepted and embraced" being inconstant. This morning I went onto the NortShore page and ordered 2 more cases of there "MegaMax" tabs. Then i went over on Amazon and ordered 6 new pairs of plastic panties, including a pair with the ruffles on the butt. (I know they're meant for the sassies, and that most girls nowadays preferer to dress down, and just wear wear blue jeans and T-shirts. But I like being really "Girley" and pretty. I never leave the house without first doing my makeup. I only own two pairs of blue jeans... and 5 skirts. I don't own any sneakers. The one pair of flats that i have are MarryJanes, and everything else are heels.) TMI? I'm really trying to be patent about this. I already know, from the first 3 files, that this will take a couple months, at least. But I still can't wait. ONG! It's finally happening :,-) I am so stoked! I just got to tell someone. For about a year and a half now I've been using Sarnoga's set of 4 `i``b`Diaper Dependency`/b``/i` files. That gradually leave you permanently incontinent? Well last month I finally realized I had begun voiding my bladder without consciously thinking about it. I'd become bladder incontinent :,-) it was time to start the final file in the set. `b``i`Sarnoga's Diaper Dependency Level 4`/i``/b` is his final step. It's designed to remove all voluntary bowl control. And make you COMPLETELY diaper dependant. So for the last month now I've been listening to a set of 5 files, that culminate with Sarnoga's 4th file. It's 03:00 now on 31May21, and I've finally finished my rounds, untill five, when I start my last checks and my "get ups". It was about 01:07 when I first realised it was happening :,-) one second I was walking down the hall... And the next, I realised I was poopING! There was a BM half way out of me squishing into the seat of my diaper, and back up between my cheeks! Now, up untill this I'd dun pointy of BMs in my diaper. But they'd always been me making the choice and the effort. This one wasn't anything I'd thought about! It was just happenING all on its own! I immediately went to get my bag and clean up in the tubroom of course... But :,-) OMG! It's working! I can't wait to get home and listen to my files again! Trust me on this! Dann versuche ich es einmal mit konstruktiver Kritik. Das File baut eigentlich sehr gut auf und die Idee dahinter finde ich auch sehr interessant. Jedoch viel mir zuerst einmal die Länge an sich auf, 6 Stunden Laufzeit sind für meinen Geschmack einfach zu lange, kann man einfach nicht jeden Tag hören (leider). Es wäre eventuell sinnvoller die einzelnen Stufen als eigenständige Files zu machen um eine langsame Verinnerlichung zu erreichen. Zudem hat mich auch schon der Anfang des Files gestört, da dieses über keinerlei Einleitung (Induction)verfügt. Mit selbiger wären es wohl nochmals 30 Minuten mehr an Laufzeit, geschweige denn man lässt nicht schon vorher eine bereits bestehende Einleitung abspielen, welche dann allerdings eine andere Tonlage etc. aufweist und die Überleitung zum eigentlichen File erheblich stört.

Wow! Have been experimenting with files on here for a while. Honestly think this is by far the best file on here for bladder AND bowel incontinence. Couldn't resist listening. The trance was one of the strongest I got from any file on here. To be honest, I thought I might indeed experience the full incontinence while under, because I think the file is so frigging strong. Well I did neither #1 nor #2 in the end from that one session. Realistically I believe you could achieve actual results in listening for a few days (over night as it is 6 hours long!) if you really want the incontinence to happen. Thanks so much bine_dd for your tremendous work! Your stuff is a really valuable contribution to this site in my opinion. I also would love to listen to more stuff from you - who knows maybe I will actually at some point make the decision to go dual incontinent. Hi,bei der Länge muss ich xxxhans zustimmen Ich selbst komme selten unter der Woche auf 6h Schlaf am Stück. Ansonsten sehr gut gemacht. Würde ich mir das File für 14Tage regelmaessig jede Nacht anhören und dabei 24/7 Windeln tragen, wäre ich danach wohl fast vollkommen inkontinent. Leider bin ich derzeit mental noch nicht bereit, mich auch im Beruf auf eine vollkommene Inkontinenz einzulassen. Trotzdem herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Arbeit. Wenn Du etwas mit der gleichen Konsequenz nur für Harninkontinenz machen könntest wäre das echt Klasse. Dann würde das, davon bin ich überzeugt, auch für mich funktionieren.
