    This is my first hypnosis file and I did record it myself.  It is just a short loop that should be repeated while relaxing and focusing on the waves.  It will help you with other hypnosis files if you have trouble letting them take over.  Please comment and let me know what you think!  I definitely plan on making more files, just want some feedback first.
