Anyone who's tried this, how did it work?

I thought you could not do breast growth and lactation at the same time as Estrogen and Progesterone block prolactin and oxytocin. What am I missing?

Tell you what would work though.. A file that forces the listener to hallucinate they are being suckled from every hour for 20 minutes from both breasts. This could potentially munipulate the brain and body to create breast milk.

Does this file work for males as well as females?

This file is fucking strong! I tried it two times and it is already working. Third time i can feel warmth increasing. 4th time i am now feeling pain in my nipples just like when i was in puberty.

The ocean sounds you used for "white noise" were way too loud. It did not work for me but it might still work for others.

Does this have a size limit? i want ZZZ so i hope not

jab16399: Just saing from what I read. Estrogen deposits fat in breasts while high progesterone stimulates mammary glands and associated tissues growth to prepare breasts for breastfeeding. This tissue growth will cause breast enlargement. Prolactin stimulates milk production and stored milk causes another yet temporary enlargement, and with high levels would cause glands enlargement and higher milk production.

bustergundam4: Depends on your mind and body. Do you want it to happen even subconsiously and how high your testosterone is. I do listen from time to time. So far more sensitive and more often erected nipples is all I got. But I am chubby, with more fat that produces estrogen to some extend. I would suggest to eat foods/supplements that increase prolactin (anese, fennel, cumin, fenugreek etc.) and some to reduce testosterone (soy, green tea, peppermint etc.) together with these files. But everyone is different, for some it could be more effective, for some less, and for some nothing will happen (mostly their testosterone is too high).

Works for males and females.
