    The file often takes a week or so of daily listening to work. Try using a trancer like Trust Your Inner Hypnotist or Failing to Resist to get you deep in trance first and then do it.

    It works fine on its own, but is designed to accomodate those. I have tested it with many others since and it actually works well with most hypnosis.
