This was the third file I downloaded and then tried out, way back before the site changed. It did take a while, but I achieved about 1/4 inch of growth which is still there. Unfortunately due to matters I will not detail I was unable to come to the site or to listen to the file for a very long time, and have since never gotten back around to it.

After listening to the file 4 or 5 times, I\'ve noticed definite growth. I\'ve gained about 1/3 of an inch in length.

is this different from the file that was already here?
