I found an MP3 of Lean Fit Sexy Smoker by SmokesUK on www.SmokinMen.com, a website that eroticizes smoking. I transcribed the original file. Then I revised it and added my usual reinforcement suggestions. The file links sexual pleasure with working out, working out with smoking, and smoking with sexual pleasure.  
 

The good news is that the file encourages you to eat a healthy diet and motivates you to work out.  You also find it easier to work out.  The bad (or better) news is that both your weight loss and your lean, sexy body is accomplished by addicting you to cigarettes. *grin*  
 

I considered making this file a Pay File.  I wanted you to think SERIOUSLY about why you want to use this file before you download it.  Needing to shell out actual money is one way to force someone to think about how seriously you want any file ... and if you SHOULD use that file.  Because I was `insert your own descriptive adjective here` enough to make the file does not mean that you are required to use it. Though "Because it's there" was a snappy sound bite that Sir Edmund Hillary used to explain why he wanted to climb Mt. Everest, it is not a good reason to download or use a file.  I decided not to make the file a Pay File.  However, I ask that you think SERIOUSLY about using this before you download it.
