Things are moving along nicely. I am very pleased how deep my trance gets when listening to the files. The use of primarily binaurals has provided much improvement in all aspects.

TrainSusceptable is doing what it is supposed to do and TrigWoman2 shows a bit more promise everyday. Although I'm still unable to see any noticable changes when I look into a mirror, my reflection in a pane of glass or video monitor appears to be softer, more feminine. Thought process and personality are also slightly different when transformed.

Been listening to a number of subliminal files in the morning while reading the news. Lucid Dreaming seems to be the most effective. Others are also working, VisualizeHelp in particular, but not as much.

Finally, trance in chat is occurring. It's not as deep as when I listen to a CD, but I am pleased as to how this is going. Was also successful in putting someone under. Yes, he was looking to be tranced, but it did happen. This is an area I intend to delve into futher as my confidence builds.
