I have been having trouble getting into a trance with any of the files and have tonight started using the subliminal files without inductions. Can anyone tell me if they have had any luck with the subliminal files only without the inductions to get them in the trance? I like to try to listen to them while I sleep also as i work 3rd shift and my wife isn't around when i sleep. And now i have also started listening at work.
