EMPTY PRIDE
Last Friday, I uploaded an MP3 onto WMM; making it available to other members ("MusclePig I"). I'm pretty proud of it. Today, a member by the name of timbomb posted a favorable comment about it. Now I'm feeling motivated to develop and record "MusclePig II".

SELF-HYPNOSIS
I needed to cancel a hypnosis session today with Master Joe. Very disappointing! But, career demands come first. In the meanwhile, I'm grateful that the action of simply chatting with him reinforces my triggers and conditioning.

Just like yesterday, my favorite 3 subliminal MP3s are looped and playing while I'm working and not in conference calls.

Unexpected bonus! The staff meeting ended an hour early. That was enough time to listen to the MP3 PPT_Induction_Trigger.
