Catching up

It's been over a month since my last entry. I haven't been listening to my files as regularly as before. The holidays and a cold got in the way. I don't know when I last listened to hypnoloss. I have listened to the other file a few times. It is still affecting me strongly. The few times I could not sleep bound I felt that I would have been more comfortable cuffed. I have not been cuffing myself other times much. Now that I have listened to the other file a few times I am cuffing myself again. I am cuffed right now. The memory loss is as strong as ever. I think that I might totally forget what the other file does if I edit the introduction off.
