I haven't had many chances to listen to my file. I made up for it today. I listened to it three times. After that I had to go lock myself up in my pillory. The ice cube I used was bigger than I wanted but I felt like I didn't have any choice about it. The "trimmed" file that I am using works really well. It starts just at the countdown. With the longer induction, my mind wanders but with this, I go under fast. By this time I know what it feels like to be under so I don't need the longer induction. It's been a long time since I used the hypnoloss file but it is still working. While I was stuck in the pillory I was going to amuse myself by going over the file I had just used 20 minutes before but I couldn't remember any of it at all.
