I have always been intrigued by the idea of subliminals, but early on I had trouble with them meaning that the inaudible subliminals would do nothing to me, but I have since learned more about them, and am presently teaching myself even more. So..what I am doing now involves, you guessed it: subliminals..I am generating and tweaking many different sounds, and attempting to put them together to make an excellent subliminal so that my listening time can be minimized.. I started with one file which I have laid behind a very simple sound and have listened to it a lot, overloading myself with it, of course I don't want to keep overloading myself with it, so I waited until I was noticing effects from it, and then tapered it off so that I am listening to it one time a day..now what I am aiming to do is to make the sound it is implanted into a very pleasant one and of course to also enhance the effectiveness of it. In short, I seek to make the files I will listen to as effective as possible and to bypass as much of my own resistance as I can. I am the only one involved in this experiment, and shall continue to post progress or lack thereof. There is a lot I would like to post on this so the entries might be somewhat long at times, though I shall separate them a bit..Back to the project for now..
