I am not sure if I am making progress with this or not. I have been doing this file once a day every day. My nipples feel a bit more sensitive but I think it is becaue I am playing with them "more" to see if they ARE sensitve. I may be wearing my nipples out. Perhaps I should stop playing with them but just continue the file and see what happens.
