ok, downloaded the file from the other side a couple days ago, put it on my mp3 player and put in a fresh battery last night, gave it a listen upon waking this morning, that way my mind would be relaxed instead of being tired. not able top move anything with my mind but did acheive a nice level of trance to where i started feeling tingly all over. i may use the file again tonight b4 i go to bed. it could take a few weeks b4 i can make anything happen with my mind. will post more as i use the file and see if i can do any of the movin stuff with my mind or readin other peoples minds.
