It appears that my weightloss has reached a plateau at 154lbs. While this is not ideal, I know that I am still shedding fat and building muscle. My biggest hurdle so far has been getting rid of the fat on my ass. But looking in the mirror yesterday, I saw that that is no longer an issue. I am starting to lose the fat there and that makes me really happy! My waist right now is measuring 32 inches. 2 more inches to go to meet my goal. The hairlessness is still slow going. I am continuing to keep my body smooth through a combination of shaving and tweezing. The growth is still slow and finer than before. I have developed a couple bald patches on my legs. I wish there were some way to make this part work faster. For my workouts I am now doing at least 30 mins on the Wii Fit 4 days a week, a 20 min jog 2 days a week, some Golds Gym Cardio workout 2 days a week and some basic work with weights 2 days a week. I've slipped a little as far as diet goes, but I'm using this week to get back on track. I've added a few things to my "no eat" list: partially hydrogenated oil (a nicer name for trans-fat), most artificial sweeteners (except splenda) and over-cooked vegetables (trying to eat fresher veg in order to reap the nutrient benefits).

Well, my guess is that rubberdog is using the hair-loss and and exercise files to get where he is. If hypnosis is involved, then it has at least something to do with this site.

aware of that , but that's just the point , eat less , and wax your hair off or something , that's how it's done , and he's not even saying anything about the files is why this seems like it should go in some self improvement site journal or something......
