Still listening to BBMachine, still working out. This week I needed to work out what my maxes were for 5 reps for the gym routine I'm doing. I went to some higher weights than I expected, which was awesome. Also, I`d like to say how much I love the 5-rep-max workouts. I love lifting big weights...makes me feel strong. Since I still can`t do paragraphs, I`ll keep this short, but I wanted to list possible effects from the BBMachine file: I`m setting and reaching goals, I am not drinking alcohol, I`m drinking water (strangely, remembering to drink water makes me hot), jacking off 3x daily, sometimes don`t wear underwear to gym, bought and using protein powder, making it to gym and having satisfying workouts, flexing at work, or anywhere, feeling more confident, having an easier time imagining myself as a big-muscled bodybuilder. So, only lack of consistency can derail me now.
