I've just started on a personal journey which will take me through many changes. I aim to steer my course through some of those changes through a combination of binaural and subliminal MP3s.

SO, having just joined this exclusive club, I decided that I will use this blogging function to begin to record changes which occur as a result of trying various MP3s from a number of sources - binaurals, subliminals, combinations thereof. I intend to try and retune my mind into something with greater self-confidence, particularly in approaching women, and greater self-control, balance and emotional mastery. Calm and cool. All the way.
