Jock Summer: Day 30

So, I got the walking dumbbells. They're working out pretty well, and I used them most of yesterday, as you know. All was well until I woke up this morning.
Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.
So, yeah. My shoulders were atrociously stiff when I woke up this morning. Still, I repeated the process today, on the theory that, just starting out, it's going to be a bit uncomfortable whatever I do.
It suddenly occurs to me that I don't have much else to say. Working out, muscles sore, keeping it up, lather, rinse, repeat. So, I'll just sign off for tonight. Later, bros.
