Okay so I'm still on track having my listens and focusing... pain in my arm has been causing me issues but I will take some pain medication and go forward tonight listening again.

Meanwhile paypal decided to run a randomly selected check on my account and I'm waiting on the letter to arrive to re-activate it. Then I can get a premium account on Hypno-files.com and get the subliminal... I almost want to ask if anyone just has that file for me but... Meh I really don't know...
