I have been using the TrainSucceptible file for the past week all through the night as I slept. I think its working now because when I start to listen to it I fall asleep and when I wake up its always because my friend pokes me or because the file tells me to wake up. though I don't wake everytime it tells me to in the night. I'm going to continue to use this file for another week or so though before I try to move on to something else.
