I am still an eager beaver regarding submitting to hypno. Master is working generously with me to help me relax and accept, to relax and obey. I have the experience of responding without thought when His command is simple, say telling me that my hand will smack my face, or to suck my thumb and kneel. It feels really awesome to find my body obeying Him this totally! More complicated orders, like His recent command that I will forget my name and think of myself as "I am His" are proving a to be a challenge. He suggested that I stop "trying" and simply let it happen. I think I am doing this. I listen to my MP3's regularly and with pleasure, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will work. I don't know that I'm making any progress yet - but maybe I wouldn't know, right? Maybe I'll just disappear.......
