well i am seeing some changes though not too obviouse there are still some there well i guess i should say mostly not obviouse but one is very obvious, so am thinking i am on my way to where i want to go wich is great :) anyways last nights dreams were really nice in them i was female which made me wake up with a smile on my face. so now i am off to get myself ready for the day so will report on any effects later on tonight.
