i have had one of the most interesting nights. i looped that file for about 2 hours and then when i finally laid down i'm pretty sure i slipped completely into trance.bout the 2 time listening while i was laid down and it all seemed to affect me very strongly or some reason i didnt actually wet the bed but i swear i was. it felt like my bladder muscle just sort of relaxed during the induction and i felt the muscle just hold open it felt like. then little bursts of pee consistentlythen this is the wierd part i actually sucked my thumb when it said that it would make me feel better cuz i felt ashamed a little like i was actually wet i don't even like sucking my thumb think its too wierd lol
