I made a cd of 4 inductions and listened to it yesterday several times. Was getting to a point of feeling very heavy in arms and legs but couldn't go any further...at least I didn't fall asleep again. Then went to some of the femme curses and did breast growth, nipple growth (several times). Was always able to get to about the same level of relaxation and then no deeper....pretty sure not in trance yet, but will keep at it. Seems funny to be working so hard at giving up my own free will, must be a submissive thing.
