Finally chatted to someone on the WMM chat. you know who you are ;-}. They probed me for my triggers that I didn't think worked when used myself but colour me surprised when someone else uses them they really work! I've got the wet pants to show it! It was awesome being controlled and forced to suck my thumb while being a baby. So if triggers haven't worked for you as self triggered, maybe get someone else to say them.
