Day 1: Saturday night I begun my journey into Miss Eleanor total submission. I had been talking during the day with Miss Eleanor, and I was quite excited and fearful to start my transformation, but Miss Eleanor presence blew away all reticences, and got me ready for whatever may lay ahead. Audio files have never really worked for me in the past, so I got ready with prior self relaxation and trancing to be in best possible conditions for trancing. I listened to Miss Eleanor drone file five times in a row, deepening the relaxation I had achieved and getting arousal responses in certain parts of the audio. A couple of times I drifted off, to be awoken by the count of three that ends the file. I felt excited, but no discernible after effects were appreciated.
