Bad week. Nothing new to report, in fact seems to have gone backwards. I'm still carrying on because it's the right thing to do. Anyone have info on reliable, no prescription, hormone vendor? Only thing going well is my hypnosis hour.

You need to talk to a Doctor if you want to take hormones. It can be dangerous without supervision (it can cause a blood clot). I don't condone the taking of hormones with a doctors supervision.

That should be: I don't condone anyone taking hormones "without" a doctors supervision. The last thing anyone wants, is for you to risk getting a blood clot (and possibly death) from taking estrogen. If you have to, just stick to the herbal hormones enhancers, like saw palmetto.
