Have been listening to the file whenever I can. Nothing seems to be happening yet. I tend to black out around the countdown then wake back up 1 hour and a half to 2 hours later. I really dont know why this happens. The only thing I am getting from this file are frequent headaches. I will keep listening to see if anything happens.

The headaches might be subconscious resistance. Try to listen in a more controlled manner such as during sleep cycles when it can run continuously. Though if it has a wake trigger that would be a bit awkward

I hope you realise what you are doing wont bite you hard in the end because rumour is this file has something dark around it self
