since the last one seemed to disapear when the site crash time to restart this

Went as expected sometimes i tranced sometimes i feel asleep during the file

and sometimes i blackout only to comeback just before the file ended, really was a mixed week hypnosis wise.

best signs: # singining in head - the first day i started signing in my head (doesnt usually happen with the words lala)

                 #mood swings - one day attitude just changed for no apparent reason and went a little hypo at night

worst signs: # never a consistant trance,some numbness but it was just never working the way i wanted

                  # falling alsleep

                  # not much happening (but this is also expected for opening 2 weeks )

so after week 1 im not really fussed i didnt getting many results since i plan to give this at least 15 weeks before i decide wether or not its working.
