Well, yesterday was my first time really listening to any of the files. I started listening to Induction since it's the best one to start out with. I listened to it once, I don't think I feel into a trance, but tonight I'm going to listen to it over and over and over again. Before I went to bed, I tried the Deepening file, during the file, I don't know what I felt it only lasted for a few seconds, but everything seemed slip away except knowing where I was and the sound of the voice.
