A busy day yesterday. I had to listen to my files earlier, as I needed to head out to a New Year's party. Was running around too much to get yesterday's entry in.

On the weekends, I'm going to listen to the files twice a day, sometime in the morning, and in the evening before bed.

I think I'm starting to get more comfortable with wetting as I feel the need. It's still conscious, but I find myself wetting more frequently than I did before.
