I went through the usual steps. I tried something a little different though and had much better results. I listen to the induction file once then replayed it a second time. I normally listen to the Induction then the conditioning CD and then listen to them both again but it works better to hear them imidiatly again. I went under and felt myself going a step deeper then before. This is the only real change from the norm. ~Patches~
