I lay in my bed and listen to the 2nd Cd my Master has sent me. I enjoyed listening to Slip knot and then my Master's voice. The reference to sand made me relaxe almost instantly, not really a trance but kind of a like a nice comfy chair. You know the chair is really comfy and no matter what your days been like once you sit down in it you relaxe. Ok well I consiously remember I think up to the line "Dr. Erickson worked at a mental ward..." or something along those lines before I zoned out. I still think its really weird how I wake up with my CD player tucked in the corner with the headphones resting atop it and me curled up with my back to the Cd player when I dont remember any of it. Master says this is part of my trainning and I think I'm making progress but its still a little weird. I've been practicing a little on my own and I can get myself to relaxe just shy of the state the CD puts me in before it starts actually dropping me into a trance. I think thats one of my goals: learn to relaxe myself within a few minutes. Oh Master told me to type up a list of things I know I should do but put off for some reason or another I suppose this is as good a place as any to put this list: Draw more, I feel I should do more artwork. I get the insperation to do a piece but then put it off to later. Go for walks, my neightborhood is kind of odd we have alot of people that go for walks and I have just a little bit of weight I want to get rid of. I'm sure walking regularly would pretty much get rid of it. Find a job, theres a big one. I'm shy around new people and new envirements so going into a place and asking for an application for employement is kind of a big deal to me. Well thats about all I can think of. ~Patches~

Having you put away the headphones and CD player is just part of doing complete work. Each of the disks you have ends with the option of you waking fully and going about your day refreshed or putting things away neatly and going straight to bed for a restful night. I suspect that you've enjoyed listening at night because that instruction has worked so well for your insomnia. (If I'd known about that earlier, I'd have done something more specific.) Remember that the disk is designed so that you can listen to it any time. Thanks for your list. Now that we have tested the GB and BB commands and know that they are working well, motivating you (or operant conditioning you) should be a easy. Ready to play fetch? -- JAU
