I decided to add the Reinformant file and switch back to the original TrigWoman file (instead of TrigWoman2) into my regimen. The Reinforcment file seems to be helping everything along. I used the trigger for TrigWoman on myself and although I cannot consciously see any physical changes, I do feel like the changes in my body are there. My mental processes feel different, too. Before coming here to type this, I was drawn to a site that was showing the latest make-up trends. I AM typing this as a woman. This is most cool. :-) Really looking forward to how this all progresses in the coming days. -------ADDENDUM-------The effects of the trigger had just worn off (approximately around the time I set the self-trigger for) and here a re a couple of interesting observations: I was listening to the stereo (a radio station) when Etta James ccame on. Now, I dig blues, but I was never a huge fan of hers. That is, until I heard her sing today. I found myself identifying with the lyrics and all of a sudden gaining a new appreciation for her. Secondly, I'm a smoker. So naturally, as a smoker, one tends to cough once in a while. You know, that occasional smoker's hack? So, whenever I needed to cough, I realized I was closing and tightening my legs to prevent wetting myself. Amazing.
