- Going to the toilet beforehand
- Putting on proper wetting attire ;)

So far I've only found the transition noticable on TrigBoundWoman and FeminizingTransformation, though I should check out more of the files I don't have to see if any others need fixing.

Mismatched voice segments

I know EMG recycles the same induction for each file, and he's smart to do so...unfortunately, it has one drawback. At the end of the induction, when the body of the file starts, sometimes the sudden change in tone/volume is so sudden as to scare me back up for a moment. Guess it's something I'll ge...

From a neuropsychological point of view, I must advise against giving yourself anoxia, or at least not overdoing it. Your brain can only go without oxygen for a short while before cellular matter starts dying. Then again, at that point you'll probably notice.

(I hope.)

yea, I'm going for psychology and hopefully there's a hypnotherapy course or something along those lines.....what's funny is I chose that Major before I got into hypnosis, so like, win-win huh? Check if it even goes into therapy at all, or just scientific psychology. Otherwise, you might be better ...

Yup. As long as a muscle is kept under sufficient stress, the body will divert resources to support it.

Not strange, I suppose. It's entirely possible for your brain to keep a constant tension on your muscles (which bypasses the need for exercise), which will make them develop just as well. Hell, you could practically train them using electric shocks.

A phrase often used in situations like this, along with such classics as "watch this" and "what does this button do?". ;)

To my knowledge, it's simple conditioning and can be extinguished just like another other triggered response.

Some of the pics on the Show Me Your Tits page...

Not to get into anyone's business, but to me some of the breasts on there look a bit diseased. Now, I'm not any sort of breast disease specialist but I think you can easily spot a few abnormal ones. Particularly worried about third row, third column... :?

Some historical context may be necessary to explain his position. While placebo effects can be as potent as real treatments, many psychotherapists at that time (and some still do) believed that there was some sort of physically different magical hypnosis state in which the impossible was possible, a...

Up until his death this guy has done research in the field of hypnosis, including multiple experimental settings comparing what was accepted as a real hypnotic method, and a placebo condition making people believe they were being hypnotized. He found hardly any difference across conditions, and has ...

Litmus test for being in trance?

This may have been asked before, but is there any solid indicator to test wether you're really in trance or just lazing about, occasionally listening? I've been at a variety of depths so far down to the edge of sleep, but still I've no idea how I should feel while in trance. Kinda important when you...

Opposite effects

Heh...was trying TrigVagina a few times, and I do notice something during trance except it's an adverse effect. You see, instead of making my genitals disappear it's giving me a boner.

Oh well, I'll just keep trying I guess.

Self-help requests for serious problems

I've seen quite a few entries on the voting page that would be easier to solve by either medication or psychiatric treatment. For some simple things, hypnosis may offer a solution but there seem to be people who would sooner visit a hypnotist than a doctor...what do you people think?
