Self hypnosis isn't really something I am interested in doing. I don't feel shy when doing online sessions, so I don'tr eally think that's the problem. I've had a lot of practice going into trance as well. That's not the bit I seem to have problems with; just the actually taking a suggestion.

Everyone is hypnotizable. Though i wont doubt you on the fact that messenger can get in the way of this. One on one sessions have a lot more power than over messenger. If you're unsure about whether to be a sissy or not, I wouldn't listen to the file any more as it will only cement your problem and lead to more trouble.
