Thanks for the advice it is definitely useful. The telling myself that I can simply scratch and go back into trance has helped for sure. I've been getting closer to phase/lvl 5 but still can't really stay there I feel. I've tried a bunch of chewtoy's files and don't really know if they make a differ...
