I only mess my diaper only 2 to 3 times a day, and usually at night or mid morning. My bag is not large so I have to limit what I put in it, but several diapers should be enough.

Mine does not look like one but it does work. Mine has of course about 4 to 5 diapers, baby powder, diaper rash cream and when there is room diaper wash cloths -for dirty diapers-. It has all my pacifiers and one baby bottle.

The MM Baby training series does not regress one to a baby. It only suggest behaviors that are related to a baby. Two suggestions of note are use of a pacifier and a baby bottle. I have 8 pacifiers and 3 bottles.

With regular listening you be wetting in your sleep in a week or so but timing will vary depending on the person. It took a while for me but now I am completely incontient. In fact, I just changed a wet and messy diaper a short time ago.

One of the early files I have listened and I have a copy of on CD is Anti-potty training and I listen to it on a regular basis.

They are not expensive being normally 10dollars per title. I got them at a low sale price, at 6-8dollars! The boys only title, and the one that is EMG remix causes penis to shrink to newborn size and when it gets that size it stay that way forever. The affect may vary though.
