I agree, it's a good file, and a good voice which helps. I listened on repeat, though I was doing other things most of the time, so I wasn't concentrating on all the details of the file. Hypnosis is a form of acting. The mind needs to trick itself or the body into making changes or acting a certain way. Unless you are straight up brainwashed, then it's hard not to find your old self slip through at times. It also doesn't help that in order to involve yourself totally in dumbing down...

But that suggests that the person wasn't resistant to the change, just doubtful.
