You know, I feel the same way when I do that. I went with the CursePenisShrink file instead, on account I didn't like the idea of being stung every time I touch my penis, on account I always have to touch it when I pee.

Not to my knowledge, but I wouldn't really reccommend overdoing it. There are so many things you could do during the day instead. Really no reason to listen to a file more than one or two times in a day. I mean, if you really want to drill the hypnosis in your head, I say go ahead, but I wouldn't.

Never worked for me, but I've recently come up with a thought, perhaps you have seen, if you try to imagine yourself in your desired form instead of relying on your subconcious, it might become so easy that your subconcious will learn to do the imagining for you.

Um, I'm not really sure how to do that. Stopping my arousal altogether through this hypnosis is the only thing I can think of that'll help. That, and stop playing with myself any time the arousal becomes more noticable. But the file handles that as well.

Try a little bit of meditation before listening to a file. Get your mind and body into that relaxed state ahead of time. And then you'll be like me, going back and forth between what the files are saying and dropping out. :roll:

Personally, I wouldn't go more than two (if only because that's all I can hold on a cassette tape), and it probably works better if each of the hypnosis is related in some way (example, Lucid Dreams with TrainSleepReinforce). But that's just one guy's opinion.

I don't think I'd be able to get in a trance with multiple files playing at once. It'd be too distracting. I know if someone is talking while I'm watching TV, I find myself unable to understand what's being said by both.
