I wouldn't really say I was dreaming. Far as I can tell, I'm always awake, but not my body. For me, it's rather uncomfortable and annoying. I can vouch for the Trig Werewolf file. I managed to react to it (to an extent) after my first listen. Still have no idea how I managed that. I probably could've continued it, but I've a bad wrist that makes walking on all fours a bit painful.

I have also been told that doing it earlier in the day is helpful too, as it would give your mind a longer opportunity to absorb what the file told you, whereas doing it right before bed may just result in less effectiveness due to your mind doing a cleanup job while you sleep.

A possible tip for those having trouble with this file. Start off with real simple things. Make it a habit that typing what you want to happen happens. It depends on the file. Some files like EMG's "Furry Transformation" file allows you to be whatever you can think of, while others are geared towards a specific creature. If the name or description of a file doesn't specify a species, it's one that can make you whatever you want.

Yeah, I thought about listening to some of the files here, but I assume they were made by guys who just guessed what it would be like to be female. I wouldn't know which ones are accurate and which ones aren't.

I understand the importance of the psycological differences, but the physical changes are important in a file like this. Guys don't know what it's like to have boobs (most guys anyway), or what the female equipment between the legs feels like.

So, out of curiosity, what was the experience like?

Act like it worked. Do it enough, and it'll eventually become enough of a habit that your subconcious will suddenly go "oooh, that's what I'm supposed to be doing".

Well if you're not using triggers, then it's entirely possible what you're seeing is a result of the hypnosis. How possible, I'm not sure.

Anyway, are you using triggers? If so, are you seeing this fur even when triggered off?

I'd be more concerned about whether they'd be able to have the willpower to take the item off, personally.

Personally I don't think that would be so bad. But it's not like anybody who listens to it is going to be completley and permanently transformed on the first try. :p

Probably not a good idea to use to fix allergies against food, though.
