what file do you sggest i start with? I would suggest exploring the different inductions until you find one you like and then stick with it and listen to it often just practicing going into trance. My favorites are Cardigan Deep Trance and Enhancement and Acceptance. But that is just my personal op...

i have been listening to tthe furry file and even tried it while asleep....no luck :cry: , i don't know what do to...i am about ready to give up on hypnosis all together

when i try to burn it to a cd it says "windows media player has encountered an error and will terminate the process" i get it each time, how big excatly are theses files, in kb i know 5-15 mb, i put it on my mps player and it works fine, i don't get it
