What about twitching? I somtimes have a twitch in my left leg, could this be my body/mind fighting trance?

I have used this a few times and it has pushed in my stomach a little, but that was it really...although I used it a few days ago and I "zoned out" a few times (I think for about 30-40 seconds each time) during the script....is that normal?
