for curse files, make sure that you listen to the file without being in trance first...

Also, you can modify the files using audacity, and you can try and remove any parts that talk about it being permanent and such.

Is there any potential risk at all? I am not a doctor... but from experience with steroid users, adolescents and such, your body has a lot of processes built in to keep these kinds of things from happening. So if there is too much estrogen in your blood, then your body should trigger more progester...

well also think about how long it took to be toilet trained.... your parents did not do that in a matter of weeks, although that does not explain why some people had very quick results, I guess some are just more suseptable to it than you, unluckily for you. :(

I'm guessing the issue with the wetting files is that we did gain control of our bladder even while hunter gatherer's. Peeing at night would be a evolutionary disadvantage because enemies would be able to find you while sleeping. This may very well be something hard-coded in some people's DNA. Maybe...
