Since some mental states (like stress and depression) have been known to affect hormone levels, I think it is possible. But it'd likely take a decent amount of meditation/hypnosis to alter your hormone levels.

That could simply be because they are in the early stage of development. Try giving it more time and if you aren't already, try listening to other files that would help them along. Like one of the hormone change files.

If time allows, listen to them both. Since they compliment each other, it could speed up the process. Well, it would at least be faster than either one alone.

I'm not that into the humilation part of it. I mainly prefer the physical and behavoiral effects and tend to steer clear of the mental and humiliation parts of it. However it does seem to be a pretty popular part of it, and of hypnosis in general.
