For example I listen to Lucid dream, trigfreeze, beer gag and sometimes different ones, will i still get full affect from all of them

I think im in a trance, I dont know how a trance is supposed to feel.. All i feel is relaxed, cant feel body, Sometime mind wanders off sometimes
