I've made a couple of files making my voice binaural, if I'm doing it right. I split the stereo track. Move one slider to L, the other to R, highlight one track, then do effect - change pitch. My mind wandered a lot when I first got into hypnosis. Now it doesn't at all. It's not a matter of trying to silence it so much as I'm just better at focusing. I think the mind wandering happens a bit more with the more boring inductions. I try to do my inductions so that happens less.

Tony Robbins is the most awesome motivational speaker ever. I strongly recommend his material to EVERYONE. Those out these with nlp training will recognize a lot of cool tricks. Those who don't will learn some. Tony Robbins teaches a lot of cognitive therapy/ reprogramming.

I typically play two at once, usually about the same volume, though often will have hypnotists of two different genders. I've tried more than two, but it loses me. It probably creates some kind of trance state, but not one I like as much.
