Can anybody say what the trigger in this file everybody keeps mentioning does?

I'd like to know that before I try out this file.

Browsing through the files I've found it's very hard to find the free(and non-premium) files, and I thought maybe there should be an option to filter out Pay and Premium files.

or "Only show free" I guess.
